Three classes (normal, PSE‐like and woody, thirty for per class) of fresh chicken breast meats were selected from a Chinese processing plant. Then, three classes of chicken breast meats were used to prepare meat batters and meatballs. This study investigated the effects of three classes of chicken breast meat on the physicochemical properties, water distribution, protein secondary structures and microstructures of meatballs. PSE‐like and woody meatballs both had lower water holding capacity and textural properties than normal meatballs. Furthermore, the free water mobility and proportion in PSE‐like and woody meatballs were increased (P < 0.05). According to near‐infrared spectroscopy results, the intensity of the 1940‐nm bands of PSE‐like and woody classes both increased. Both PSE‐like and woody meatballs formed more aggregated gel matrices than normal class. PSE‐like and woody classes had higher α‐helix and lower β‐structure contents (P < 0.05). Overall, compared with normal meatballs, PSE‐like and woody meatballs showed inferior functional properties. 相似文献

In this paper, we propose an improved torque sensorless speed control method for electric assisted bicycle, this method considers the coordinate conversion. A low-pass filter is designed in disturbance observer to estimate and compensate the variable disturbance during cycling. A DC motor provides assisted power driving, the assistance method is based on the real-time wheel angular velocity and coordinate system transformation. The effect of observer is proved, and the proposed method guarantees stability under disturbances. It is also compared to the existing methods and their performances are illustrated through simulations. The proposed method improves the performance both in rapidity and stability. 相似文献

针对大型风力发电机机组中常见的脉动湍流、风机尾流与涡流等湍流信号,研究了利用自然梯度下降的独立分量分析方法的湍流频谱分离效果,以区分中心风速与湍流信号,提高风机机组的综合工作效率。首先分析了风机组中常见湍流信号的后向散射与频谱分布特点,然后依据这些特点设计了对应的独立分量分析模型。在仿真结果符合要求的基础上,进行了双目激光雷达天线的风速采集与实际分离效果检测。实验结果表明,在大气折射率结构常数C2n≤10-14同时广义大气常数α≥4的通常情况下,利用双目信号能够分离出一个湍流中心和一个中心风速。对1 s内两个谱峰的波动范围进行统计,获得(2.59±0.05)MHz的中心风速以及(1.22±0.19)MHz的湍流中心估计,且二者的平均信噪比分别为25.93 dB和31.01 dB,能够在获得稳定的中心风速估计的同时得到一个较为稳定的湍流中心估计。 相似文献

The current article discussed the detail design and development of an experimental test rig to derive usable energy by utilizing the waste heat energy through a heat exchanger made of Bi2Te3 material. The accuracy including the efficiency of the fabricated device is demonstrated further by verifying the associated parameter through a simulation model (commercial finite element package, ANSYS 15.0). To imitate the waste hot air from the industry is achieved via a heat gun and fed to the test rig for the generation of thermoelectric power. The simulation model accuracy has been demonstrated by juxtaposing the associated experimental data and computational readings. Subsequently, the feasibility and optimum range of design parameters are established by comparing the experimental and the simulation data (triggered temperature difference, voltage output, and heat flux) generated at the interface of the thermoelectric power generators. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R2) value has been evaluated statistically and verified with the current experimental results for the demonstration of the relevancy. The statistical study shows the existence of the correlation between the current experimental and the simulation model. Also, the experimental result indicates the possible implementation of the newly developed system for the recovery from the waste heat either the automobile exhaust or any other kind of dissipated heat from the industries. 相似文献

为了提高碎软煤层条带瓦斯抽采效率和效果,基于目前地面瓦斯抽采主要采用垂直井或从式井的方式抽采效果差、效率低的现状,通过理论和实验分析论证了穿岩层压裂改造煤储层的可行性,提出了在目标煤层顶板岩层中钻水平井,并通过垂直向下射孔以及采用泵送桥塞分段进行压裂的方式进行地面瓦斯抽采。试验结果表明:顶板分段压裂水平井单井产量高、高稳产期更长、产量衰减更慢;有效水平井段控制区域内瓦斯下降均匀,更有利于进行条带瓦斯抽采;相同投资条件下,采用水平井的方式瓦斯抽采效率和投入产出比更高。 相似文献

研制了一种新型前端读出电路,用于重离子治癌装置中符合测量原型系统的研究和测试。电路主要包括能量链、时间链和数据处理单元。能量链由截止频率7 MHz的抗混叠滤波器和模数转换器(ADC)组成,形成波形采样电路;时间链由高速比较器构成的定时甄别电路和时间数字转换器(TDC)组成;数据处理单元基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)设计实现。电路的线性度优于0.8%,噪声小于0.8 mV(RMS)。配合LaBr3单晶体条测试,能量分辨为4.5%(FWHM),在与LYSO晶体阵列配合测试时,位置映射散点图清晰。该前端读出电路性能优于CAMAC系统,具有较好的实际应用前景。 相似文献

Acoustic Doppler current profilers (ADCPs) are commonly used instruments for measurement of natural streamflow and flow in manmade channels. Velocities measured in a profile by the instrument are used to estimate the discharge in a channel. A Teledyne RD Instruments StreamPro ADCP was used to measure the mean velocity simultaneously with a laser Doppler anemometer (LDA) in a laboratory flume. An average of 3.9% under-prediction of the mean velocity measured by the ADCP occurred when compared to the measurements of the LDA. Moreover, this study shows that the sampling duration of the measurements significantly impacts the mean point velocities measured by up to 50%. 相似文献

Mucogingival surgery has become a common procedure for soft gingival tissue reparation in dental clinical practice, which mainly relies on autograft or commercial collagen membranes (CM). However, the autograft faces grand challenges in source availability and long-term post-surgery pain management, and the CM is restricted by its poor mechanical properties in an aqueous environment. Here, it is reported that a bio-inspired lamellar chitosan scaffold (LCS) with long range ordered porous structure, manufactured through a bidirectional freezing method, can serve as a promising gingival tissue engineering material. The LCS not only exhibits excellent mechanical properties in the hydrated state but also accelerates vessel formation and soft tissue regeneration in vivo. Most interestingly, the LCS is found to be capable of inducing macrophage differentiation to M2 macrophages, which is thought to play an important role in tissue regeneration. These advantages combined with its easy and low-cost preparation process make the LCS a promising candidate for dental clinical applications. 相似文献
